BioWell at the moment I'm planning to train as a commis Chef at my current workplace, for the next year. After this I will apply to work in the French alps for the winter months, maybe stay there for the summer too. Although I do like Newcastle I've grown bored with it recently and there really isn't anything left here for me, so I am moving on. I will come back eventually. But until then I will just enjoy myself. Also, before I leave I'm hosting a big assed party for anyone who wants to come - it just hasn't been planned yet.
